Job Description

Our Content Partnership team utilizes their knowledge of content, content strategy, and the advertisements/vendor landscape to build and strengthen top-tier content partnerships and leverage the best in class investment options possible.

We do everything from building the content strategy + brief, RFPing the marketplace, and providing clients a recommendation to campaign execution and optimizations. This role is part of a creative, collaborative team that encourages out-of-the-box thinking, innovation and excellence. We help differentiate The Publicis Collective from our competitors and provide a critical foundation to new hires within the company, prior to potential rotations to other practice areas.

What you’ll do:

Macro Tasks

  • Project management

Daily Tasks

  • Work together with Director on team roles and responsibilities, and prioritizing key projects across the team

  • Manage Associates’ workload

  • Lead Associates’ career development via teaching tasks and coaching skills

  • Connect with Strategy and Investment peers on account-specific requests

  • Integrates with media teams, including planning, strategy, and investment to create thoughtful client brief and client recommendations aligned with overall brand comms strategies

  • Oversee & manage brief creation and vendor RFP outreach

  • Evaluate partner proposals and pricing, ensuring they deliver on client priorities and pricing aligns with marketplace norms

  • Lead tactical recommendation deck creation, and client conversations alongside the Director Day-to-day client contact, leading all status updates both internal and external providing updates on upcoming and live campaigns

  • Manage creation of both internal and external timelines for all phases of content project development Project manage all campaigns upon approval from pre and post production through campaign launch and wrap

  • Manage competitive data and assemble competitive reporting process

  • Ensure accuracy of data pulls from various systems (Nielsen, MRI, Media Tools, TARDIIS)

  • Compile, or guide team members in compiling, client-specific presentations

  • Participate in and/or lead team meetings, coordinate social events client-related functions

  • Work with the associate on creating campaign IOs within PRISMA, setup campaign tags when needed, and estimating all fees (ad serving and taxes) associated with the campaign upfront Manage Partnership budgets for your client brands and monthly budgeting exercises, including actualizations, monitoring pacing, draft billing

Qualifications

  • Able to balance numerous, simultaneous work streams

  • Organized, detail-oriented, good with time management, obsessed with accuracy, a strong critical thinker, and able to juggle multiple tasks.

  • Good at building relationships – a creative problem solver, a customer service expert, a great team player.

  • A strong communicator – able to write clearly, speak professionally, and translate data analysis into insights that can be acted upon by strategists, planners, and buyers alike.

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Applied Mathematics or related.

  • Proficiency in making progress/completing work, even with overlapping deadlines

  • The ability to rock the Microsoft Office suite, particularly PPT and XLS (where filtering, pivoting, and charts and graphs building are key)

  • Quantitative and analytical skills, yet willingness to embrace a role that requires a mix of art and science.

  • Experience developing and presenting your thoughts and ideas.

  • Someone who likes to thrive on a team yet can also meet tight deadlines on independent assignments.

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $64,500 - $97,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 08/06/2024.
