Ro is a direct-to-consumer digital healthcare company connecting consumers with physicians and pharmacists through an online platform. Working with financial planning team, responsible for budget forecasting, data analytics, and business reporting. Duties: • Run ad-hoc analyses and develop models with various forecasting techniques to inform key business decisions and provide visibility into future financial performance, including potential product launches. • Identify financial trends by comparing and analyzing actual results versus plans and forecasts. • Dynamically support the finance team, leadership, and core investors. • Partner with key cross-functional teams (Growth, Supply Chain, Product, Data and Care Vertical Leads) in support of analyzing the business and uncovering actionable insights that drive improved financial and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). • Help build, maintain, and actualize complex financial and analytical data models. • Conduct corporate financial modeling and forecasting using Microsoft Excel.Requirements: Must have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field of study; and 2 years experience as an Analyst 3 or related occupation in investment banking. Experience must include: creating marketing materials, financial models, and valuation analyses for technology M&A transactions. Bachelor’s level coursework must include one course each in: a) Global Health and b) Health Economics & Policy.
Minimum Salary: 110000 Maximum Salary: 115000 Salary Unit: Yearly
