JPMorgan Chase Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst - Offers & Shopping in New York, New York

As a Sales Strategy & Operations Analyst on the Offers & Shopping team, you will sit within our Strategy and Business Operations team and partner closely with Commercialization teams to introduce brands to our platform and bring new product capabilities to market. We are looking for someone who possesses excellent organization, critical reasoning, and communication skills. Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales Organization in data capture, target list management, and opportunity status updating and reporting.

  • Develop and maintain standardized and centrally managed sales performance reports.

  • Identify and support scoping of improvements to tools and processes to create efficiencies and to commercialize new capabilities.

  • Champion and educate on effective use of sales tools and processes changes. Manage adoption and change management.

  • Partner with teams including Marketing, Legal, Corporate Development, and Product to create consistent and comprehensive merchant level strategies.

  • Partner with internal controls, compliance and risk stakeholders to ensure proper procedures and documentation.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

  • 1+ years of experience working for a performance marketing and/or digital ad platform.

  • Experience supporting enterprise sales organization(s).

  • Experience and passion for process optimization and operational efficiency, including diving into the granularity.
