Tower Research Capital LLC Quantitative Trader - Mako in New York, New York
Duties: Design, implement, and deploy high-frequency trading algorithms for one of the independent trading teams. Explore trading ideas by analyzing market data and market micro-structure for patterns. Create tools to analyze data for patterns. Contribute to libraries of analytical computations to support market data analysis and trading. Develop, augment, and calibrate exchange simulators. Must be able to work in office 3 days per week. Work from home is permissible 2 days per week.Requirements: Requires Master’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields. Experience and/or education must include:1. Computational mathematics, statistical learning, inference and optimization; 2. object-oriented programming language such as Python and C++;3. Data mining and analysis skills, including experience dealing with a large amount of data or tick data;4. Machine learning;5. Working signal generation and statistical models.Work from home is permissible 2 days per week.
Minimum Salary: 120000 Maximum Salary: 200000 Salary Unit: Yearly
