Responsibilities Define the go-to-market strategy for our ever-evolving ads product, manage product campaigns, and analyze actionable insights on a wide range of surfaces including ad traffic, organic traffic, and live streaming. Develop end-to-end solutions for different types of marketing products to help business from different verticals create a suite of monetization products. Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other cross-functional teams to explore the next generation of shopping experiences on our platform. Partner closely with Sales team to deeply understand user pain points, form business requirements, and prioritize solutions to influence the direction of product development. Connect with businesses directly to understand and develop solutions for their Jobs-to-be-done. Capitalize on the organic shopping behaviors on our platform today and facilitate retentive behaviors to provide more people value and business value. Build and understand the most nascent advertising products and leverage them to achieve customer goals. Qualifications Must have a Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Information Technology Management, or a related field, and 5 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Information Technology Management, or a related field, and 7 years of related work experience, out of which 5 years must be post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Product marketing, including the following: (1) Developing product positioning and messaging for vertical ads solutions; and (2) Developing growth and product adoption strategies for key vertical priorities including market activation plans, tests, and applying Learn Agenda framework; Digital advertising, including the following: (1) campaign execution and analysis; and (2) analysis of market penetration of competitive products; Analyzing advertising objectives and managing marketing budgets, including Profit and Loss (P&L); Sales and Marketing, including the following: (1) Sales enablement, including sales training, objection handling, and capturing FAQs; (2) consumer product or technology marketing; and (3) marketing data analysis using Tableau or Looker; and People management, including managing teams of Product Marketing Manager (PMM) professionals.
