JOB DUTIES: 1. Completing independent validation of models supporting Barclay’s U.S. funding and liquidity management, asset and liability risk management, capital planning (CCAR), and other models used in the U.S.2. Performing computational and statistical analysis to test validity of assumptions, mythologies, and model outcomes performance.3. Assessing severity of risk posted by model weakness or limitations, and the effectiveness of compensating controls.4. Ensuring the quality of validator data in the Group Model Database.5. Ensuring that the Model Risk Policy, Model Risk Standards and other relevant requirements are upheld.6. Preparing analysis and communication of model risk findings to internal stakeholders and regulators.7. May telecommute. REQUIREMENTS:Employer will accept Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Mathematics or related field, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Rate of Pay: $143,000 - $156,000 per year. The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
