Tosco International Market Analyst in New York, New York
Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution ofprecious/semiprecious stones. Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, andbuying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand. Devise and evaluate methodsand procedures for collecting data or arrange to obtain existing data. Seek and provide information to helpcompany determine their position in the marketplace. Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, and analyzingcollected data. Monitor industry statistics and follow trends of jewelry and precious stones. Prepare reports offindings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text. Provide management withinformation and proposals concerning the promotion, distribution, design, and pricing of company products.Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in commerce/marketing/related majors plus five years marketing related experience in jewelry industry.
