Audacy Manager, Programmatic Ad Operations in New York, New York

Overview

Audacy is seekinga Manager , Programmatic Ad Operations who will be responsible for programmatic set up, delivery, and optimizations across Digital Audio (Streaming and Podcasting), Digital Video and Display. This person will also be responsible for Programmatic Revenue Reporting and billing. The ideal candidate has proven experience working across multiple programmatic deal types, programmatic channels and partners. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, is very inquisitive and wants to continue to learn and grow in the Programmatic Advertising space.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

  • Implement and manage PMPs, Preferred, Network, and Programmatic Guaranteed Deals

  • Manage at least 1 Supply Side Platform

  • Troubleshoot campaign delivery and work with the Programmatic Ad Tech lead to address any issues in addition to the Supply Side Platform Partners

  • Build a strong working relationship with Ad Tech Product and Platform Team, leaning into Programmatic Ad Tech and Product Leads for support and troubleshooting.

  • Conduct regular analysis to identify opportunities to improve performance across campaigns and drive revenue.

  • Keep key stakeholders including clients and account teams updated on campaign and account level performance via regular reporting and status meetings

  • Keep up to date daily Programmatic Revenue Reporting include campaign detail reports, inventory reports, Sell-thru and overall performance.

  • Handle all Programmatic month-end billing task

Qualifications

Required and Preferred:

  • Knowledge of the online advertising industry including ad technology solutions; RTB, DSP’s, SSP’s, advertising/publisher ecosystems.

  • Experience setting up and optimizing digital advertising campaigns

  • Client-facing experience as well as experience with managing external partner relationships

  • Confident in analyzing and acting on marketing/ delivery data.

  • Strong attention to detail and high propensity toward digging into data and identifying trends

  • BA/BS preferred.

  • Ability to multitask, and work efficiently within a high-paced changing environment

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Strong written and communication skills

  • Able to interact comfortably with both clients and other internal departments

  • Ideal candidate is someone who possesses the ability to take initiative and drive projects with minimal supervision

Additional Information

Pay Transparency:

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is$65,000 - 75,000 annually. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities and location of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity.
