Must have immigration law experience (Particularly Asylum, Employment & Family Based Immigration law). Assist by investigating facts and law of the case, and researching legal precedent; prepare legal documents, including briefs, pleadings and appeals. Meet with clients & other professionals to discuss details of case. Gather and analyze research data, such as statutes, decisions and legal articles. JD or Master of Laws Degree, LLM; be admitted in NYS; 1-2 years immigration experience.; Fluent in Punjabi, Urdu, and Hindi preferable. 85,000 to 95,000.
