Morgan Stanley IED - DSP Resource Management- Associate in New York, New York
The DSP (Delta One Structured Products) desk operates within our Prime Brokerage unit, providing delta one equity derivative exposure to the Firm’s clients as well as partnering internally to help manage the Firm’s resources.
The team is looking to hire an Associate/Junior VP for the NY DSP Resource Management team. This part of DSP focuses on optimizing the Firm’s resources primarily via TRS markets, ETF strategies, and structured Funding/Sourcing solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience both in trading equity swaps as well as an understanding of various resource constraints. The candidate will also gain exposure to numerous parts of the MS franchise and collaborating closely with Securities Lending as well as the Firm’s Resource teams.

Experience with Resource Management concepts such as Balance Sheet, Capital/Liquidity ratios, and Funding/Sourcing Efficiency Metrics
Experience with trading and booking swaps and lifecycle events, including managing corporate actions
Experience with process automation and project management
Fluency with Microsoft Office
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $175,000 per year for Associate level at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
