Job Description

Position Summary:

The Head of Measurement is central to our drive for innovation on a global scale. This role requires not just the application of advanced measurement and attribution strategies but also the development of a cohesive, forward-thinking global strategy for this critical vertical and the conception of innovative solutions that can improve the industry. We are looking for an innovator; someone eager to challenge the status quo, continually refine our strategic approach, and pioneer new methodologies in AI and data science.

You will report to a Global team.

Compensation Range: $143,000-$240,000. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Global Strategic Leadership: Develop, refine, and implement a holistic strategy for the measurement and attribution vertical, ensuring alignment with broader goals.

  2. Regional Collaboration: Foster relationships with regional teams, understanding their unique challenges and opportunities, and ensuring global strategies are relevant to each market.

  3. Innovative Strategy Development: Spearhead new methodologies in measurement, leveraging the latest in AI and data science. Routinely evaluate and refine our strategies, keeping them at the industry's cutting edge.

  4. Advanced Attribution Modeling: Implement innovative attribution models, incorporating machine learning and AI to ensure their evolution.

  5. Data Exploration & Innovation: Identify data sets that can uncover unique insights. Experiment with data sources and techniques, broadening the horizons of our data measurement capabilities.

  6. Collaboration: Foster a culture of innovation through close collaboration with media, planning, buying, and analytics teams. Promote continuous learning and experimentation.

  7. Tech Evolution: Identify, evaluate, and champion emerging tools and platforms in the measurement domain. Lead the integration of these groundbreaking technologies into our measurement processes.

  8. Education & Thought Leadership: Conduct internal workshops and training sessions. Represent Performics, positioning us as a leader in innovative measurement strategies.

  9. Stay Ahead: Remain updated on industry trends, academic research, and breakthroughs in AI, data science, and analytics that impact the measurement vertical.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  2. 10+ years of relevant experience, with a focus on global strategy development and execution in a multi-regional context.

  3. A proven history of strategic leadership and innovation in the data analytics domain, preferably in a media context.

  4. Deep expertise in AI and data science, with hands-on experience in the latest machine learning techniques.

  5. Proficiency in modern analytics tools such as R, Python, SQL, and advanced data visualization platforms.

  6. Demonstrated ability to craft, implement, and evolve strategies in the analytics space.

  7. Exceptional communication skills, proficient in bridging gaps between regions and ensuring a consistent global vision.

8. An intrinsic passion for innovation and a tenacious drive to lead the industry.
