There is an immediate employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to handle payroll, bank reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close, cash flow, financial statement preparation, audit, clerical staff, and full cycle A/P. What you get to do every day
Proficient in credit card management and reconciliation
Supply cash flow projections, as needed
Experience with Accounts Receivable
Secondary assignment when necessary
Maintain Accounts Payable
Produce cash account journal entries including loans, taxes, bank fees, 401(k) deductions, etc.
Register budget transfers
Assemble monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents
Set up subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement
Keep sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments
Operate monthly accounting close
Clarify business license and gross receipts

Requirements - BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business-related field preferred
Top notch analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills
Foundational knowledge in general ledger
Well-founded grasp of auditing
Journal entries experience highly desired
General familiarity with bank reconciliations
Proven knowledge of payroll
Deep understanding of Property Management
Property Management experience required
Yardi Voyager experience desired
- Previous accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high pressure environment, to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent
Detailed and have the ability work independently
- 3+ years of related experience- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company
Ability to handle multiple projects within strict deadlines
Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities
Strong time management and organizational skills
