Prophet Brand Strategy Engagement Manager, Sr. in New York, New York

Responsibilities:•Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop hypotheses, conduct and manage research and analysis, and formulate insightful and actionable recommendations for clients. •Drive the problem-solving process with a broad team of consultants and specialists, using both analytical and creative techniques to get to compelling results. •Gain a deeper understanding of client’s customers through leading interviews, focus groups, as well as qualitative and quantitative research methods. create & bring to life client experiences, such as physical or digital Safaris, Hackathons, and workshops to achieve impact and demonstrate Prophet’s signature and collaborative way of working. •Manage day to day aspects of senior level client relationships as a strong representative of Prophet. •Collaborate with internal teams to drive superior results and insightful recommendations. •Monitor project scope and profitability. •Present findings and recommendations to clients and lead large team discussions. •Mentor and coach junior consultants around marketing and brand strategy, growth strategy, digital strategy, innovation, research, and analytical techniques, etc. •Identify and close new business leads. Contribute to, and take a leadership role in, internal initiatives within the firm including IP development, marketing, training, and ongoing educational sessions. •Requires 10% of domestic and international travel. Skills, Experience, Education, & Training:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Business, Management, or in a related analytical field and three (3) years of experience as a Marketing Consultant, Digital Strategy Product Manager, Marketing Research Analyst or in a related marketing role. Special Requirements:Work experience with: •Application of brand and marketing strategy principles, frameworks, and methodologies in a client facing environment; •Leading teams, work streams and client relationships; •Macroeconomic research and analysis; •Current state assessment, product management, and delivery, stakeholder management; •Mural for stakeholder management and product ideation; •Figma, Jira, Trello, Confluence to oversee team product management; •Campaign management, channel and content strategy; •Document analysis and UX/UI testing; •Competitive Landscape Audit and UX/UI Testing; and •Digital analytics tools - both native and 3rd party: Google, Adobe, Social (Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Facebook, etc.)Work Location: 881 Broadway, 7th Floor, New York, NY 10003

Minimum Salary: 194,000 Maximum Salary: 200,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
