We are in search of a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in New York City. The role involves providing comprehensive technical assistance, handling hardware and software configuration, and ensuring smooth deployments. This position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues

• Implement and manage Citrix and Dell technologies

• Manage EO/IR systems and Mac computers

• Use Microsoft and Active Directory to manage user accounts and access

• Maintain and repair computer hardware as necessary

• Conduct configuration management to maintain system security and performance

• Oversee software and hardware deployments, ensuring minimal disruption to operations

• Provide deskside support to users, assisting with any technical issues or queries

• Continually update technical knowledge and skills, ensuring familiarity with the company's technology and systems.

Requirements • Proven experience as a Desktop Support Analyst or similar role for a minimum of 3 years

• In-depth understanding of Citrix Technologies and Dell Technologies

• Proficient in EO/IR systems

• Extensive knowledge and experience with Mac Computers and Microsoft software

• Expertise in Active Directory and Computer Hardware

• Demonstrated ability to manage Configuration Management processes

• Experience in handling Deployments in an IT setting

• Proficient in Deskside Support

• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
