Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst in New York, New York, United States. In this role, you will be providing first and potential second level IT support in a white-collar environment, working with both Windows and Mac systems. You will be responsible for a range of tasks including software upgrades, staff moves, and large computer refresh projects.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 and potentially Level 2 IT support for a range of systems including Windows/Mac, Dell Imaging, and software such as Office and Adobe

• Handle staff moves and software upgrades as required to ensure minimal disruption

• Work on large computer refresh projects as required, demonstrating good skills in implementing PCs and managing moves

• Provide some ticket support, maintaining solid communication with all relevant parties

• Work onsite 5 days per week, providing consistent and reliable support

• Utilize your skills in Citrix Technologies, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deployments, and Deskside Support to effectively carry out your duties. Requirements • Proficiency in Citrix Technologies is required

• Familiarity with Dell Technologies is a must

• Demonstrated experience with EO/IR systems is necessary

• Proficient in using Mac Computers

• Expertise in Microsoft applications and platforms is needed

• Familiarity with Active Directory is essential

• Hands-on experience with Computer Hardware is required

• Knowledge of Configuration Management is necessary

• Prior experience in Deployments is crucial
