Description We are offering a contract position for a skilled Data Reporting Analyst in the non-profit industry. The role is based in New York, New York, and includes a mix of onsite and remote work. As a Data Reporting Analyst, you will be expected to use your expertise in data analysis and reporting to enhance our decision-making processes and improve our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making within the organization

• Develop and implement effective reporting tools and dashboards for various business needs

• Utilize BusinessObjects Technologies and other data analysis tools to extract insights and trends from complex data sets

• Maintain an in-depth understanding of relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance in data reporting

• Leverage knowledge in Project Management to manage data-related projects effectively

• Use Microsoft Word and Excel for data management and reporting tasks

• Apply AB Testing methods and Business Intelligence (BI) tools to optimize data reporting and decision-making processes

• Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents to outline the data needs and objectives of the organization

• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of all data analysis and reporting outputs

• Collaborate with various teams to understand their data needs and provide appropriate data solutions. Requirements • Possess at least 2 years of experience as a Data Reporting Analyst or in a similar role.

• Proficient in BusinessObjects Technologies.

• Familiarity with Database and EO/IR systems is required.

• Strong skills in Microsoft applications, specifically Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

• Experience in AB Testing is preferable.

• Must have a deep understanding of Business Intelligence (BI).

• Ability to create and interpret Business Requirement Documents.

• Proven experience in creating dashboards and performing data analysis.

• Previous work in the Non-Profit industry would be advantageous.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is preferred. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
