Our client, a global skincare company, is looking for a Creative Director to join their team full time by the end of July. Need to be willing to go onsite 2-3 days per week in NYC.Creative Director Responsibilities:- Conceptualize 360-degree campaigns for launches and hero products in partnership with Founder, Brand, and Product Development teams; work closely with design team from concepting through highly qualitative execution across packaging, collateral, merchandising and digital assets- Develop monthly/seasonal photographic direction with in-house teams for use across owned and paid channels; guide in-house team on photoshoot planning, styling and pre/post-production; help to source external photographers and editors as needed- Partner with external agencies and design partners to evolve the brand identity and meet the businesss strategic and functional needs; work with internal designers and creators to apply the brand identity across physical, digital and social channels- Help conceptualize new Brand and product collaborations; develop activation ideas to bring collabs to life; guide design team as needed on products and merchandise as part of these initiatives- Oversee global visual merchandising and pop-ups/experiential opportunities; lead creative development with internal partners, agencies and production companies for projects such as Sephora overhauls, Le Bon Marche pop-ups, new Spas and Pop-Up Spas, Launch Events, Fashion Weeks, etc.- Provide guidance to creative team and ensure that projects are meeting budgets, timelines, and requirements; work with project manager to assign work, assure that creative work meets brief objectives, and clearly articulate feedback and provide thoughtful and actionable direction that elevates the teams work- Promote a culture of creative quality, collaboration and accountability; work with leadership to address performance, workflow, and quality issues and develop long-range plans for the teamCreative Director Requirements:- A minimum of 6 years working as a Creative Director in a brand or agency setting-Strong aesthetic background in luxury and beauty-Ability to be hands on with graphic design-Ability to design across digital and physical media and platforms with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.-Previous experience managing creative teamsMedical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceHSA Employer Contributions and FSA Options401k Participation with company matching.Discount on all APUS Brands ProductsGratis Program - Gift box with top selling products, twice a yearPaid Maternity LeaveShort Term and Long Term Disability InsurancePaid Time Off: Vacation / Personal days / Sick daysCompany offered Mental Counseling for all employeesOffice-closed holidays and floating holidaysCompany sponsored eventsEducation assistant ProgramEmployee Referral ProgramSubmit resume (and samples if applicable) to: Lauren.Calabrese@jobalert.creativecircle.comCreative Circle is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
