The Client Solutions Manager for Meta's Global Business Group is a strategic, forward thinking, enthusiastic solution-driver who puts our partners business at the core of everything we do. This is an outstanding opportunity to build and manage key client relationships, be recognized as a platform and product expert, demonstrating sharp skills in media planning, strategy and measurement to a top Beauty Global Marketer. With proven understanding of both performance and brand marketing, this role is responsible for partnering with Client Partner & larger pod to nurture & develop trusted client relationships, drive revenue though strategic selling and optimizing complex opportunities. Sharp understanding & interest to leverage data and analytics to build solutions for partners. The Client Solutions Manager will establish and strengthen key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue, advertiser education & advertiser satisfaction. Success in this position requires strong consultative sales, analytical & measurement skills, with a focus on client service, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast moving, team-focused environment.

Required Skills:

Client Solutions Manager, Beauty Responsibilities:

1. Act as a Marketing Solutions Expert In partnership with Client Partner, identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners

2. Oversee internal account operations (e.g. troubleshooting issues, account set up, etc.)

3. Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on product solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow existing business partnership

4. Analyze data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Facebook solutions Relationship

5. Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, marketing partners, etc.)

6. Work and collaborate with diverse group of internal cross-functional teams

7. Media & Measurement Strategy and Implementation

8. Project Management and Internal Operations Project manage complex & dynamic work streams

9. Guide media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against Key Performance Indicators Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery Identify optimization opportunities for improving performance

10. Proficient in advising Meta solutions to drive brand & performance outcomes

11. Ability for some light travel

12. 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing and/or account management roles

13. Experience with Excel, experience with analyzing datasets and delivering insights

14. Problem solving experience, navigating complexity

15. Experience working with cross-functional teams with experience influencing c-level executives

16. Demonstrated experience presenting ideas

17. Knowledge and familiarity of Beauty / Consumer Packaged Goods category

18. Deep understanding of Meta's products & solutions to independently inform media/creative recommendations

19. Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, creator partnerships)

20. BA/BS degree in a technical or marketing field

Public Compensation:

$107,000/year to $171,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
