Your Impact:
The Home and Design Industry Team seeks an Associate Director of Marketing & Account Strategy.This position will be the quarterback, guiding the work of a cross-disciplinary team of salespeople, campaign strategists, content studio professionals and others, focusing on a group of advertisers to build programs that allow for Hearst Magazines to grow revenue and margins, while delivering powerful results for our clients. This work will include coordinating efforts between branded content editors, pricing teams, audience and insight experts and others, coordinating the collective efforts to pull together a proposal that reflects alignment of all parties while delivering on the clients KPIs. The position will be responsible for the strategy and development of integrated marketing partnerships and programs for the Group that set Hearst apart in our competitive set. The position will also work with salespeople to identify prospects that can be approached proactively with compelling ideas that can preempt the RFP process.
