The Associate Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for assisting with the development and optimization of marketing campaigns and content that support lead generation, demand generation, and account-based marketing strategies for ChemTreat. The role requires a unique combination of creative, analytical, and process-oriented qualities.

This position is part of the Digital Marketing Team located in Richmond, VA and will be remote.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

• Helping to generate creative and relevant content in collaboration with the team to support paid media and social media channels

• Assisting with auditing, maintaining, and optimizing campaigns to help troubleshoot and test actions that increase engagements and conversions

• Helping brainstorm, research, and execute new campaign and content ideas to help improve brand awareness, demand generation, and lead generation

• Assisting with data mining tasks to create target audience lists and demographics for various campaigns

• Support marketing campaign strategy and execution for demand generation, lead generation, and account-based marketing across channels for paid advertising, email marketing, and social media.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field with 1-3 years of experience in similar Digital Marketing roles

• Developing understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices

• Familiarity with paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads), SEO, and social media management

• Graphic design skills working with Canva or Adobe suite

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $75,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.

We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
