Serve as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) and support our mission to provide Privileged Access Management and Security to the organization with a focus on CyberArk. Integrate with third-party software and on-premises infrastructure to ensure seamless user experience, high availability, and to stay ahead of the needs of the business. Architect, manage, support, and provide improvements to all aspects of CyberArk to ensure integrity, and availability, authentication, and authorization. Conduct strategic and tactical engineering focused on CyberArk software configuration, administration, policy settings, and application maintenance. Communicate across business and technical boundaries to offer recommendations as a CyberArk expert with best practices. Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks and related opportunities for internal control improvement. Assist in the selection and tailoring of approaches, methods, and tools to support the environment¬. Planning, scoping, deploying, and integrating CyberArk PAS and its components. Engineer business processes and solutions to ensure that PAM services perform according to defined processes, meet defined policies, and comply with applicable information security requirements. Generate innovative ideas and actively participate in decision making with management and seek to understand the broader impact of current decisions. Requires a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of experience as a CyberArk Engineer or similar. Experience must include the following: Engaging in day-to-day operational support in adding and deleting accounts, troubleshooting, applying policies, assigning safes, synchronizing failed accounts, and password rotations. Installing and configuring CyberArk Vault, Password Vault Web Access (PVWA), Central Policy Manager (CPM), Privileged Session Manager (PSM), and Privilege Session Proxy in Prod and DR. Working with LDAP, Active Directory, CyberArk and RADIUS Authentication to enforce security for PVWA authentication. Working on development and deployment of custom applications integration points in the Enterprise, including cloud. Creation and management of App IDs, including the deployment of AAM and OPM Clients. Conduct strategic and tactical engineering reviews, determine specifications, and offer best practice recommendations focused on CyberArk software configuration, administration, policy settings, and application maintenance. Knowledge and experience in writing Microsoft PowerShell and MSSQL queries. Ensure compliance with InfoSec and IT internal policies. Telework permitted within commuting distance. SALARY: $175,000 to $180,000 per year.LOCATION: 600 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10020.
