Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a HR SPEC, Position Description Number T5910700 and is part of the 53 TROOP COMMAND, National Guard. This is an Indefinite Position with the possibility to convert to Permanent. This vacancy does not meet the criteria for appointment of annuitants. Responsibilities As a HR SPEC, GS-0201-09, you will perform assigned personnel management duties for a specified functional or organizational area in two or more of the specialized personnel series. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: 1 year equivalent to at least GS-7. Must have experience with two or more specific personnel management specialties to independently perform routine personnel management functions. Must have knowledge of the organizational structure, and programs of assigned areas to provide advice to management. Must have the ability to prepare reports to convey basic personnel information. Must have experience providing personnel management services to an assigned organizational unit or in an assigned functional area. Education If you are using Education to qualify for this position, master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree. You must provide copy of Official Transcripts as documentation to support your educational claims. To receive credit for Education, you must provide documentation of proof that you meet the Education requirements for this position.
