We are seeking a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will handle a variety of tasks, including providing general administrative support, answering phone calls with professionalism and proper phone etiquette, and facilitating communication between internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the team.
Answer and manage phone calls professionally, ensuring proper phone etiquette.
Assist in communication between internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain organized records and handle clerical tasks with attention to detail.
Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiently.
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Qualifications
Experience in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Clerical skills, including organization and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with efficiency.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Experience working in a similar role is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
salary: $17.5 - $18 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
