What You'll Do

As a Senior Manager Solutions - Implementation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful adoption and implementation of PAR Retail's Open Commerce Platform and related solutions for our Enterprise Fuel and Convenience store customers. You will be responsible for overseeing the post-sales process, leading the discovery and on-boarding processes, and driving customer success initiatives.

Pay Band / Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $165,000 USD per year commensurate with work location, experience, skills, certifications, education, and prior accomplishments. The position may be eligible for additional compensation, including a bonus, commission and/or equity, as applicable.

Responsibilities + Activities

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with Enterprise Fuel and Convenience store customers, understanding their needs and ensuring alignment with PAR Retail's solutions.

Implementation Management: Lead the end-to-end implementation process, from project planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Solution Customization: Collaborate with internal teams to tailor PAR Retail's Open Commerce Platform to meet the specific requirements of each customer, providing solutions that drive value and address business challenges.

Technical Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on PAR Retail's technology stack and solution offerings, providing guidance and support to both customers and internal stakeholders.

Team Leadership: Manage a team of implementation specialists and post-sales consultants, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics related to post-sales activities and implementations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Customer Success: Proactively engage with customers and the Customer Success team to drive adoption, usage, and expansion of PAR Retail's solutions, ensuring maximum value realization and long-term partnerships.

Product Improvement: Proactively engage with, and collaborate with, the Product Management team to drive product feature enhancements that enhance or improve the implementation experiences of our customers.

Experience & Skills You'll Need

Minimum of eight years of relevant work experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent work experience Proven track record of success in post-sales roles within the software industry, with experience in solution implementations and customer success management.

Deep understanding of the Fuel and Convenience store industry, including knowledge of industry trends, challenges, and competitive landscape.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams towards common goals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders at all levels.

Experience managing complex cross-functional software implementation.
