Job Summary:

Community Wellness Partners is seeking a part-time receptionist to join our team at our Presbyterian Campus in New Hartford, New York. As the receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors and clients. This individual contributor role will require exceptional customer service skills and the ability to effectively manage a busy reception area.Compensation & Benefits:This is an hourly position with a starting pay of $15 per hour, paid biweekly. Responsibilities Summary:- Greet and welcome all visitors and clients - Answer phone calls and inquiries in a professional and timely manner- Check-in visitors into our kiosk system - Maintain a clean and organized reception area

  • Ensuring safety of all staff and residents by screening visitors before allowing entry. - Answer general questions about the facility and ensure questions are routed to appropriate personnel. - Assist with tasks and projects as needed

Requirements Summary:- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in using computers and basic office software- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentFull Job Description will be provided during interview and or upon hire.
