CSS APAC Business Development - Partner Strategy

Career Level - IC5

Responsibilities

Partner Recruitment: Identifying and recruiting new partners who have the potential to add value to Oracle's ecosystem in the APAC region - analyzing market trends, assessing potential partners' capabilities.

Partner Enablement: Providing support and resources to help partners effectively market, sell, and implement Oracle CSS solutions - delivering training sessions, creating sales and marketing collateral, and offering technical assistance.

Relationship Management: Building strong, collaborative relationships with partners to ensure mutual success - regular communication, addressing concerns or issues, and identifying opportunities for growth involving CSS solutions.

Business Development: Working with partners to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them - co-selling initiatives, identifying new market segments.

Performance Tracking: Monitoring and evaluating the performance of partners against predefined metrics and goals.

Overall, your role would be crucial in driving the growth of the Oracle CSS business in the APAC region by leveraging the strengths and capabilities of its partner ecosystem.
