JOB SUMMARY This position assists project managers with production, coordination, and review. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Five to ten years' experience in UL Control Panel Manufacturing industry Bachelor of science degree in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred and or applicable experience Possess a background and experience with the design of industrial controls, and the electrical controls processes PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Operating computer aided design (CAD) system and peripheral equipment Experience with MS office Ability to read and understand electrical drawing and work/adapt under pressure JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Estimating of electrical control panels and associated equipment Design of electrical control systems/panels in compliance with applicable codes and UL508 standards under direction of project managers and designers Interface and coordinate with designers and engineering from conception of design through submittal, product production and as-build documentation control CAD file and product documentation control Assist project managers with the production, coordination, review, and approval of project shop drawings and submittals in conjunction with project specifications and production requirements Provide direction to administrative staff, procurement, logistics department, and production department Generally, works under the direction of a Project Manage Maintain as-built documents Participate in the creation and response to RFIs Perform additional duties as assigned COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Benefits include Medical/Dental/Vision/401K/Life ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Background check, credit check, MVR and drug screen may be required (will vary by position).
