Within the CHC Science Hub, you will participate in the delivery of successful scientific communications, claims and engagement projects. You will work more specifically with Global Stakeholder Engagement, Scientific Communications and Claims Leads to develop comprehensive scientific communications, stakeholder engagement and claims programs for the CHC portfolio. This includes project coordination, publication management, congress planning, development of medical educational content, scientific dissemination, planning and execution of scientific events, interaction with worldwide Health-care Organizations, Healthcare Professionals and Key Opinion Leaders as well as Claims generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Through prioritized activities from strategic medical brand planning, work with teams to develop comprehensive scientific communications programs and stakeholders’ engagements activities to ensure maximal impact from work undertaken.

  • Work closely with internal & external partnerships to facilitate the delivery of successful scientific communication programs, stakeholders’ engagements activities and claims generation projects. This includes the Global Medical Lead, the Statistician Lead and other internal contacts, and medical communications agencies to manage aspects of projects.

  • Track and ensure high quality and accuracy of scientific/clinical medical communications and engagement activities in accordance with established timelines, compliance guidelines/policies, and budgets.

  • Help the team in exploring new innovative approaches to maximize the value of generated data.

  • Help monitor certain cross-functional projects, from their design to their implementation,

  • Take a strategic approach to plan, prioritize and execute multiple tasks.

  • Be able to work proactively and emphasize “lessons learned” in approaching and planning future scientific communications activities.

Key Qualifications/Profile

  • A Scientific or medical degree required (Minimum Bac+4/5)

  • A good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and / or drug development

  • Analysis & understanding of scientific data /publications

  • A good mastery of Office pack software (particularly PowerPoint) and the bibliographic search,

  • Collaborative and adaptable, you are recognized for your analytical skills and your curiosity,

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Project management (potential to effectively manage side projects),

  • Fluent in English as the candidate will work in an international environment.
