We seek a talented and technologically Communications and Graphic Design Intern, to support our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging graphic content for various communication channels using tools like Canva and Microsoft Office applications. A strong command of PowerPoint is essential.

  • Work within systems such as SharePoint, and Viva Engage, to organize and manage content effectively.

  • Develop presentations and materials that communicate complex ideas simply and attractively.

  • Uphold brand standards and ensure consistency across all materials.

  • Provide organizational support for overall content management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree student in design/communication/management majors, master's degree an advantage

  • Remaining studies of at least 3 semesters- A must

  • Excellent knowledge of design software such as PowerPoint and Canva.

  • Ability to quickly learn and effectively use various applications, including SharePoint and Microsoft Office - A must and essential part of the position.

  • English high proficiency

  • Able to work well in a busy environment and meet deadlines.

  • Must be able to work well with others and handle several projects at the same time.
