HP Inc. QA Team Leader in Ness Ziona, Israel

HP Indigo is the world market lead for Commercial and Industrial Digital Printing.

We are looking for an experienced, talented, motivated 'QA Team Leader' who will oversee an experienced group of test Engineers who perform manual & automated Software tests on workflow products, printing machines, and simulators using various testing tools.

The Team Lead's responsibility will be from the requirements stage to readiness for release while interacting with multiple interfaces simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of Alpha professionals in a fast-changing environment under time pressure to deliver high quality products on time on quality.

  • Develop tests based on specific feature's requirements.

  • Create and execute test plans for assigned features (systems software, and firmware running on hardware; identify and report found issues).

  • Reflect issues to multiple interfaces (development, service, marketing, and management) and validate fixes towards prompt and well tested solution.

  • Participates as a member of DFE project work team to ensure reliable and cost-effective testing and quality assurance solutions.

  • Ability to define automation testing scope (define test sets like regression for selected features).

  • Acquire interpersonal abilities and teamwork (inside the IQC group and with external teams).

  • Work closely with the R&D team to identify & analyze the problem and test the solution.

  • Being part of Agile work group and represent team tests and needs.

  • Learn and work with complex DFE and workflow products.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.

  • 6-8 years' experience in QA with at least 3 years of relevant team lead experience.

  • Team player, motivated, accountable, professional, striving to achieve team goals.

  • High level of interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively.

  • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.

  • Automation orientation with basic (or more) knowledge in programing (C#).

  • Experience with Agile methodology.
