Description We are inviting applications for a role in our organization located in Neptune, New Jersey. The position is for a Business Systems Analyst who will be part of our Information Technology Systems team. The role primarily involves working on the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our IT systems, specifically focusing on PeopleSoft HRIS.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the development of user/business requirements by translating the needs into system technical requirements and setting up project work teams.

• Troubleshooting all payroll technical issues independently, collaborating with the PeopleSoft technical team as needed.

• Providing custom report development along with standard reports to clients.

• Acquiring and retaining in-depth knowledge of PeopleSoft Time and Labor rules, table structure and Time Admin processing to effectively manage and resolve rule inconsistencies and incorrect calculations.

• Producing reports using PeopleSoft Query, SQL, XML Publisher and Connected Queries.

• Utilizing skills in Atlassian Jira, Business systems, Confluence, Database, EO/IR systems, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Business Requirement Document, Design, Diagram, PeopleSoft Application to enhance system performance and user experience.

• Collaborating with multiple teams to streamline IT processes and operations.

• Ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications, and maintaining customer credit records.

• Monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments. Requirements • Proficient in Atlassian Jira and Confluence

• Strong understanding of business systems

• Knowledge of database structures and EO/IR systems

• Previous experience with AB Testing

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology

• Ability to create and interpret Business Requirement Documents

• Proficient in design and diagramming tools

• Prior experience with PeopleSoft Application

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
