JOB REQUIREMENTS: Quality Lead - R4062 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential Functions * Lead complaint investigation and resolution of quality issues with customers * Facilitate process of both internal and external customer audits. * Lead and maintain the documentation process quality systems that comply with AIB and GMP standards, and other specific customer requirements. * Be able to read and understand line set up sheets, bills of material, production specifications, quality sheets, directions, etc. * Communicate quality requirements by training and motivating production employees (permanent and temporary) * Provide guidance and direction for developing and improving systems, which result in, increased product quality and efficiency * Lead and continuously improve a documented quality system, which assures conformance to customer product specification * Facilitate the communication of customer product quality characteristics to all Menasha employees and temporary employees * Provide training, assistance and feedback to all Menasha employees and temporary employees in the areas of quality systems, AIB Certification, GMP Standards and other customer required certifications * Facilitate employee/customer interaction process to share information in order to improve conformance to customer specifications * Assure prompt and accurate resolution feedback to appropriate personnel to facilitate continuous improvement and problem solving techniques Performance Measures and Outcomes * Adherence to safety policies and procedures * Quality of work * Production goals * HACCP and auditor certified Work Hours & Pay This position will work first shift, Monday-Friday from 7 am - 3 pm. This hourly position earns \$26.98.
