CACI is seeking a Windows Systems Analyst (PC) to join our technical operations and maintenance team on a contract supporting the enterprise network and infrastructure at the Department of Homeland Security.
The Windows Systems Analyst (PC) is responsible for the testing and maintenance of applications and Windows operating system (OS) PC images.
About the Role:
Perform testing of all applications and PC images including laptops/desktops/tablets
Analyze requirements from requestors for applications
Log and track all results of testing
Adhere to government testing process and procedures
Research new applications and products to perform effective testing
Software and Hardware configuration management
Office 365, Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite, and other applications included in the Endpoint Baseline management
TCP/IP protocol suit, network setup and troubleshooting including wired and wireless devices.
Develop and produce documentation, SOPs, and reports.
Communicates effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences (both contractor and federal government employees)
Establish and maintain strong relationship with government customer
Required Qualifications:
Ability to obtain a DOD Security Clearance
Ability to obtain a DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD)
BA/BS or equivalent experience + 8 years of relevant experience
Previous experience testing PC images for workstations and laptops
Experience with NIST 800-171 controls, and CMMC compliance
Troubleshoot and coordinate problem resolution with vendors
Experience with application dependencies such as Group Policy, Local Policy, permissions, DNS, SQL, FTP, scripts.
Knowledge of peripherals such as cameras and printers
Any Microsoft certification
Hardware knowledge (DELL, HP preferrable)
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous DHS or DoD experience
The following certifications are highly desired:
Other hands-on Microsoft Windows administrator certifications
COMPTIA A+, or Network+, or Security+ Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
ITILv4 Foundation
VMWare experience

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$85,800 - $180,200
