Amazon Program Manager, On-Road Staffing in Nashville, Tennessee

If so, we're looking for a leader to support our Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) as they create inclusive, engaging environments that attract a diverse pool of Delivery Associates (DAs).

The On Road Staffing (ORS) team is seeking a talented and highly motivated Program Manager to lead the Multi-Lingual Program implementation, and ORS Funnel Programs expansion to LATAM (Mexico and Brazil). This is an omni-purpose role where you will provide strategic input, directional leadership, cultural expertise and creative thinking, specifically addressing hiring and onboarding challenges that DSPs face.

Working closely with both internal and external teams, you will develop a program that supports Non-English and Multi-Language speaking DA candidates, as they onboard with our DSPs across Last Mile. You will have end-to-end ownership and provide direct visibility to senior leadership on all aspects of your roadmap on a regular cadence.

This leader will have solid business acumen, be comfortable interfacing and driving across various functional teams, have a passion for developing and implementing processes in an ambiguous problem space, and be willing to roll up their sleeves to improve a program that will significantly impact Amazon’s Last Mile delivery capacity. The leader will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

Key job responsibilities

  • Pilot and launch a Spanish hiring and onboarding program in 2025

  • Develop a long-term plan to expand the program to cover multiple languages and geographies.

  • Support the Funnel Program team’s expansion into Mexico and Brazil, working closely with local teams

  • Work cross-functionally and across geographies with stakeholders at all levels to support large-scale programs and initiatives.

  • Provide leadership, expertise, and technical/operational guidance to the stakeholders within ORS.

  • Enhance and foster innovation with measurable attributes to monitor success amidst each project and deliverable within ORS

  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, as well as balance business needs versus constraints.

  • Establish business priorities, identifying and communicating risks and mitigation plans in collaboration with stakeholders; developing and maintaining goals, milestones and completion dates.

  • Be comfortable presenting ideas to various stakeholders; receptive of feedback

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience

  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience

  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization

  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

  • Fluent or semi-fluent in Spanish

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
