Amazon Program Coordinator, DA Lifecycle in Nashville, Tennessee
Description
The Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Delivery Associate (DA) Experience team is looking for a passionate, analytical individual to work across the DA Lifecycle team within the DSP Station Engagement space. We are looking for a driven problem solver to provide support for managing and evolving programs. This position has a high level of program management and administrative support.
Key job responsibilities
• Manage monthly North America delivery station DSP DA appreciation and engagement activation
• Manage quarterly Prime, Peak, and Together, We Deliver delivery station activation and annual station celebration events
• Respond to program inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, maintain program wiki and compliance reporting
• Lead new program offering roll outs, including testing/pilot phases and stakeholder training
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2+ years of professional or military experience
2+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience
Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with end-to-end project management
4+ years of professional or military experience
