Job Title: Process Support Technician

Job Description

As a Process Support Technician, you will initially support skilled Process Technicians for a period of 6 months. After this period, you will have the opportunity to transition into a Processing Technician role within the Muscular Skeletal or Amnion departments. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the maintenance of a sterile cleanroom environment, handling chemical reagents and biohazardous waste safely, and accurately documenting all relevant processes. You will perform tasks such as non-viable particulate counts, daily mixing of chemical disinfectants, routine cleaning of equipment and facilities, and preparation of samples and kits. This role requires strict adherence to standard operating procedures, AATB standards, and FDA regulations.

Hard Skills

• Handling of chemical reagents

• Documentation of particle counts and cleaning logs

• Use of cleanroom vacuum and other cleaning tools

• Sample preparation

• Operation of centrifuge, ultrasonic cleaners, and other equipment

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail

• Ability to follow strict protocols

• Strong documentation skills

• Adaptability to transition into different roles
