Robert Half is offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an HR Generalist in Nampa, Idaho. This role is crucial for both strategic and administrative functions within our organization. The HR Generalist will play a key role in various HR and business initiatives including recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, training, and enforcement of company policies and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and hiring processes for all position vacancies

• Maintain electronic employee personnel files, records, and other documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Assist with annual HR events including open enrollment, performance evaluations, annual compensation directives, and health and wellness fairs as needed

• Provide coaching and counsel to managers regarding performance management and adherence to HR processes and procedures

• Interpret, explain, and assist employees with HR policies and regulations and deliver employee training and development as needed

• Analyze HR trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose solutions

• Conduct annual internal HR Audits, specifically EEO-1 and I-9 audits

• Initiate and respond to inquiries concerning pay, benefits, staffing, and general human resources issues/concerns

Requirements

• Familiarity with About Time

• Ability to handle Benefit Functions

• Experience in Compensation Administration

• Understanding of Compliance requirements in HR

• Experience in managing Employee Relations

• Proficient knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite

• Knowledge of applicable federal and state employment laws
