Responsibilities

• Electrical Systems 460-480 Volts 24 v and 120v control.

• Hand Tools.

• PLC. Trouble Shooting

• Mechanical Equipment.

• Production Equipment.

• Conveyor Systems.

• Production Machines.

• This position is responsible for safely providing maintenance support in a fast-paced Container plant which is equipped with technology ranging from simple to state of the art in the corrugated industry.

• The candidate will utilize both mechanical skills and knowledge (pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, power transmission, lubrication) and electrical/electronic skills and knowledge (PLCs, A/C, D/C motors and drives, schematics) in our continuous process manufacturing environment to achieve machine uptime and reliability metrics.

• Must be a team oriented able to work positively with other maintenance members and operations teams to troubleshoot and solve problems. Will be engaged in preventative maintenance processes in assigned areas.

• Schedule time is 7PM -7AM;Week 1 work Monday, Tues, Friday, Saturday; Week 2 work Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday;

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• working weekends
