Job Description Summary
As a Senior Software Engineer (f/m/d), and by being part of a small development team in Münster (Nordrhein-Westfalen/Germany), you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the PC software applications for FASTlab™ and TRACERlab™ synthesizers.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
Be responsible for defining, developing, and evolving software in a fast paced and agile development environment using the latest software development technologies and infrastructure
Work closely with systems teams in requirements engineering and software design
Transfer of design requirements into user stories and implementation of these into application software, matching required timelines and quality standards
Work with product line leaders and architects to develop multi generation software technology plans
Interacting with global teams to promote consistency and maximize synergies across common software platforms
Support process improvements which guide the development, sustaining & support activities
Engage subject matter experts in successful transfer of complex domain knowledge
Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile, CI/CD, Software and Product Security, Documentation Practices, Refactoring and Testing Techniques.
Write code that meets quality standards and delivers desired functionality for the project
Understand performance parameters and assess application performance
Proactively share information across the team, to the right audience with the appropriate level of detail and timeliness
Collaborate closely with external development partners
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience.
Significant years’ of experience developing software for complex systems or computerized products in the Healthcare domain or similar regulated environments.
Experience in object oriented design methodology and Microsoft™ Visual Studio environment, especially with C#/.NET
Experienced with the usage of the following software technologies: .NET 8, Angular, TypeScript, Entity Framework, PostgreSQL, gRPC, Kerberos, JWT and WPF
Cybersecurity knowledge for software development
Ability to work autonomously with a highly collaborative attitude in a distributed and diverse team
Fluent English and at least basic German language skills.
