You implement and execute SAP authorization projects and ensure the governance of the concept post implementation. You are responsible and actively involved in the capturing, analyzing, planning, developing, testing, and deployment phases of the project.

  • You are responsible for creating project plans, defining tasks, and estimating effort for SAP authorization initiatives, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals.

  • You establish mechanisms for monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements, security standards, and internal policies.

  • You review and update governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to adapt to evolving business needs and security threats.

  • You configure and implement SAP roles and profiles based on the established authorization concepts with IT and external consultants.

  • You document project-related information, including authorization configurations, test results, and project milestones, and generate regular status reports to update project stakeholders on progress and potential risks.

  • You create end-user training materials.

  • You have knowledge of SAP systems and a good understanding of SAP authorization concepts.

  • You know Agile practices like Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework SAFe and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

  • You have many years of SAP specific work experience and a university degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Very good Englisch and German language skills and eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and concepts complete your profile.
