What part will you play?
You holistically drive change management within Advanta on a global scale
You are the go-to-person for the Advanta Leadership Team and Leaders in the organization with regards to Transformation and Organizational Development
By analyzing data from various listening systems and other sources you identify transformation requirements and organizational development needs, elaborate respective action plans and implement them
You develop and continuously update overall vision and strategic goals of the transformation with the Leadership Team of Advanta
Moreover, you translate overall mission, vision and strategy into content and develop learning modules for the transformation (e.g. behaviors, leadership modules, customer use cases) in close alignment with all stakeholders and by taking into account the latest insights and trends from leadership research and the external market
You closely engage with the leadership team and the organization to further roll out the Siemens Advanta behaviors throughout the organization and make them part of our success
You set-up and run events and interventions onsite or on a virtual basis
You regularly prepare sessions for the Leadership team on behaviors, transformation and organizational development topics
Additionally, you ensure project management, feedback and communication around transformation, behaviors and organizational development
You drive the employee engagement to ensure the employee perspectives are at the center of our thinking by employee engagement surveys, analyzing results and define measures or implementing resulting activities and initiatives
You support the people workstream in the integration of acquired assets together with the business leaders into one Siemens Advanta
What you need to make real what matters.
You successfully completed your university degree or comparable qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Organizational psychology, Change management, Human Resources)
You have several (min. 5) years of experience in the professional services industry (e.g. Consulting) as well as coaching experience. Being a certified coach is a plus
You provide proven track record of having successfully executed transformation and/or organizational development projects in complex, matrixed organizations
You convince with an extensive toolkit of change methodologies and practices as well as a good understanding of new methodologies (LEAN, agile, …)
Moreover, you are characterized by solid project management and strong execution skills as well as solid business understanding
You think outside the box and act value oriented
You are resilient and a persistent strategic thinker and likewise collaborative and able to seamlessly build networks across organizations
You have a passion for driving business outcomes
Buiness proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
