Oracle Technical Account Representative (TAM) 4 in MUMBAI, India

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Custodian for Documentation like SDP(Service Delivery Plan), Risk & Issue register.

  • Helping in SVR and newsletter preparations.

  • Tracking of internal & external KPIs and deliverables.

  • Follow-up with Team members for action points decided in meetings.

  • Document the project’s creation, development, and execution as well as the project’s scope, budget, and justification

  • Draft new and improve existing project management office policies and processes

  • Evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, and meet deadlines

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as a Project Management Officer or similar role

  • Strong leadership skills.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail and technicalities

  • Excellent organizational and technical abilities

  • Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills

  • Relevant training and/or certifications as a Project Management Officer

Career Level - IC4
