About the role:
The Large Account Renewals Revenue Manager is a strategic role responsible for driving revenue growth across Iron Mountain's largest accounts by managing and optimizing the renewal process. This position will play a critical role in implementing a structured approach to account renewals, coaching commercial teams, and applying effective pricing strategies to achieve superior business performance. This high-impact, cross-functional role offers opportunities to collaborate with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Communications.

YOU'LL GET TO…
Renewal Program Management: Lead and expand the Large Account Renewal program to new regions, setting up a structured approach to renewals and building a comprehensive target account list with timelines and pricing goals.
Revenue & Price Strategy: Design and execute price growth strategies for renewals, identifying opportunities to increase revenue through upsell and cross-sell offers.
Commercial Team Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with commercial teams, coaching them on price strategies and negotiation tactics to achieve optimal outcomes while maintaining customer relationships.
Communication Support: Develop negotiation support materials and pricing packages for commercial teams, ensuring clear and consistent customer messaging during the renewal process.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on large account renewal performance, analyzing key metrics and identifying opportunities to improve growth and program effectiveness.
Continuous Improvement: Refine the Large Account Renewal Program based on performance insights, ensuring alignment with evolving business goals.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE…
Revenue Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience in revenue management, particularly in creating and implementing pricing strategies within a B2B environment.
Commercial Acumen: Proven success in supporting sales teams with strategy and execution, ideally with experience in upselling, cross-selling, and large account management.
Analytical Proficiency: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights for commercial teams and senior leadership.
Communication & Coaching Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a knack for coaching teams on negotiation and pricing strategies.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including senior stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Communications.
Autonomous & Strategic: Able to work independently, with the capability to lead initiatives and contribute to high-level strategy discussions.
