What you’ll do:

Our Therapists are responsible for overall delivery and implementation of each individual Client Treatment Plan, attending Child and Family Team meetings and treatment team meetings, and completing assessments, Client Treatment Plans and reports as required by the county and state. This position reports to the Clinical Director or other designated supervisor.

To be considered, you should:

  • Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.

  • Depending on program location, employee must possess the education and current specific licensure required per licensing. Bachelors Degree require, Master’s Degree preferred and licensure in the field of mental health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

  • Have one year of prior experience working in a residential setting for children/NMD, their families or s and/or the Juvenile Justice/Child Welfare System.

  • Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
