Proven experience working in highly regulated environments such as drug and medical
5+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst.
Proven experience with systems integration projects
Experience working with stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements to technical requirements AND translating technical requirements to business requirements.
Experience working in an agile environment assisting in guiding the agile process
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Jira, ADO, and Smartsheet
Great Planes ERP system (nice-to-have)
Must have excellent communication skills. Proven experience communicating with both highly technical teams and stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail.
Job Description
The company is bringing on an experienced Business Analyst to work on projects related to all internal applications including the ERP System (Great Plains), and all of the in house built systems.
This resource will be working onsite 3-5 days per week, and will be very ingrained on the business side, and building relationships with the business stakeholders.
You will help run and elevate the Agile process and assist with technical documentation.
This person will be working across both development teams and business teams. You must be comfortable coordinating across both.
This is a highly regulated environment. Someone with a experience such as Medical Device or Drug distribution.
The Business Analyst should understand the software development lifecycle and have experience working with developers.
This person should have proven experience working on projects regarding system integration.
This person must be a go getter and should not require any handholding.
Responsibilities:
Examine and analyze existing IT systems and business models and identify requirements
Map and document interfaces between legacy and new systems
Understand software development lifecycles
Liaise closely with both internal and external clients and present proposals
Translate client requirements into highly specified project briefs
Identify options for potential solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitability
Conduct requirements analysis and prepare specific proposals for modified or replacement systems
Produce project feasibility and costings reports
Work closely with developers, testers, and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
Ensure that budgets are adhered to, and deadlines are met
Draw up, supervise, and document testing schedules for complete systems
Oversee implementation of a new system including data migration
Support users on change control and system updates
Provide training, demo, and user manuals to users of a new system
Perform user acceptance testing
