Job Title: TechnicianJob Description

Join our team as a Technician and play a pivotal role in assembling precision electromechanical parts. You will follow detailed diagrams and specifications to assemble cables, electrical connectors, and complex assemblies using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments within a prototype engineering environment. Additionally, you will operate in a clean room to assemble optical-electrical and opto-mechanical assemblies. Your responsibilities will also include operating testing equipment, documenting test results using templates and SOPs, repairing and reworking assemblies to meet operational tolerance and quality, and verifying dimensions and clearances of components to ensure conformance to specifications. You will also create parts kits, record tracking data, and assist in inventory management.

Hard Skills

• Experience with electro-mechanical assembly in a clean room environment

• Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) Skills

• Use of small power tools and hand tools

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Mountain View, California.

Work Environment

Work onsite in Mountainview, CA, collaborating closely with Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, and Optical Engineers in a military program. Candidates must be ITAR compliant.
