US Tech Solutions Technical Infrastructure Legal Contracts Specialist in Mountain View, California

Job Description:

  • You'll have the opportunity to support client’s Technical Infrastructure team's legal needs, including providing contract review and legal advice.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for client's Technical Infrastructure team to ensure they align with legal requirements and the company's policies.

  • You will be instrumental in facilitating communication between various departments and external parties to establish mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Maintaining accurate contract records and managing contract compliance will be essential aspects of your role.

  • Additionally, you'll collaborate with the legal team and stakeholders to mitigate risks, resolve contract-related issues, and ensure that all contractual obligations are met.

  • Your expertise in contract management, attention to detail, and understanding of legal frameworks are vital for this position, as you play a pivotal role in upholding the integrity of contractual relationships within the organization.

Experience:

  • Reviewing inbound services agreements, statements of work, order forms, etc.

  • Advising business team regarding legal processes and policies.

  • Triaging requests to TI Legal team.

Skills:

  • At least 3 years relevant work experience, including contract drafting and negotiation experience.

  • Contracts management.

  • Word; Excel/Spreadsheets.

  • Excellent communication, writing, and analysis skills.

Education:

  • BA (Bachelor's Degree) or equivalent experience.
