Overview
Join the Fintech Team as a Manager 2 in the Widgets team. The Fintech team is responsible for all aspects of money movement and risk assessment within Intuit's Small Business Group. The team works with cutting-edge technologies and systems to deliver world-class systems and services with extremely high operational and engineering excellence.
What you'll bring
BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience
4+ years experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products
Demonstrated experience leading positive change, empowering people, cultivating product technology visions and innovative solutions, and fostering effective engineering teams
Adept at articulating the product vision and driving the future roadmap with solid business acumen
Ability to think and act strategically for all stakeholders
Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills
"Self-starter" attitude and ability to make decisions independently
A helpful, can-do attitude and a willingness to take ownership of problems
Strong desire to learn and grow
Excellent problem-solving skills with a history of superb delivery against assigned tasks

Preferred Experience:
Experience developing, maintaining, and innovating large-scale, consumer-facing web applications
Familiar with the development challenges inherent in highly scalable and available web applications
Experience with various modern web frameworks
Experience with Mobile development is a huge plus
