Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker to join our team. You will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of dies. You will work closely with the production department to address all tooling issues and ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing processes.

Skills

• Repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of dies

• Interpreting blueprints, sketches, models, or specifications

• Using measuring instruments such as calipers, gauge blocks, micrometers, and dial indicators

• Operating lathes, milling machines, and bench grinders

• Working with large progressive, transfer, and deep draw dies

• Cutting, shaping, and trimming blanks or blocks

• Reworking damaged components

• Obtaining Industrial Powered Lift Truck, Overhead Crane, and Lock Out/Tag Out certifications
