Job Summary: As a Team Leader at Anytime Fitness, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of fitness coaches and personal trainers to ensure a high level of customer service, member retention, and revenue growth. You will oversee all aspects of daily operations, including sales, marketing, scheduling, and facility management. As a key member of the management team, you will also collaborate with the director to implement business strategies and meet performance goals. Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $50,000 to $80,000 per year. This is based on sales performance with no limits! You will have the opportunity to earn bonuses based on team performance. You will also receive a free gym membership with employment. Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise a team of fitness coaches and personal trainers to ensure a positive and professional member experience - Create and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve membership goals - Develop and maintain strong relationships with members to support retention efforts - Oversee facility maintenance and ensure a clean and safe environment for members - Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members - Collaborate with the franchise owner to implement marketing initiatives and promotions to drive new business - Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track success and identify areas for improvement - Handle member concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Keep up-to-date on industry trends and innovations to continuously improve the member experience Requirements: -Positive attitude with a willingness to grow  - Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, or related field preferred - Strong customer service skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Team-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate and inspire others - Sound understanding of fitness and nutrition principles -Competitive work ethic  EEOC Statement: Anytime Fitness is an equal opportunity employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
